Organic Columbian
Our Organic Colombian beans are sourced from Nariño, the southernmost and most distinguished coffee-growing region in Colombia. Renowned for its exceptional climate conditions, combined with dramatic slopes and deep valleys, this region provides an ideal environment for coffee cultivation. The beans flourish at remarkable elevations reaching up to 2,300 meters above sea level, allowing for a slow and thoughtful maturation process. Expect to discover subtle hints of cooked berry and rich cocoa flavors that beautifully define this carefully crafted roast.
Costa Rican - Cafe Vida (Coming Soon)
The Central Valley of Costa Rica is truly the vibrant heart of the country’s distinguished coffee industry. Thanks to its high elevation, consistent weather patterns, frequent rains, and rich volcanic soil, this region nurtures coffee plants with exceptional potential. These unique growing conditions allow for a remarkable and diverse range of flavor profiles. Organic Ethiopian - Guji (Coming Soon)
Guji is a beautifully forested and verdant area nestled in southern Ethiopia. Prior to the early 2000s, this region was regarded as part of the Sidama territory, but over time it has established itself as a distinct and celebrated coffee-growing region. The people of Guji cultivate their coffee gardens at remarkably high altitudes, immersed in the rich, red volcanic soil of the Ethiopian highlands. This unique environment imparts a distinctive character to Guji coffee, setting its flavor profile apart from that of neighboring regions. Expect to discover delightful notes of cooked stone fruit, fresh and vibrant floral aromas, and the subtle sweetness of toffee, all harmoniously intertwined.
